Caroline Jones Sonny Gannaway
Food Services Trainer
I then spent the next six years working in London before settling in Bournemouth in 2002.
I have worked at Crumbs for the passed 4 years, the first 3 years I worked as a Project Assistant at our Bakery site in Southbourne, before moving to our Hub in 2014. I support trainees in their learning, helping them build their confidence and gain practical catering skills. I assist with the day to day running of the kitchen area, preparing food throughout the day with the trainees for the residents at Hibberd Court. I also oversee the preparing of hot meals for some of our outreach sites across the Bournemouth area.
Working at Crumbs is good fun as we are a happy team. Seeing the trainees develop their skills and grow in confidence is a very special and rewarding experience.
Food Services Trainer
I am married with two grown up sons, the eldest has some brain damage and has been blind from birth.
I am originally from Winton, and have lived in Bournemouth for most of my life. In my spare time I enjoy walking, photography, cross stitch, car boots and the joys of being a Grandma.
Food Services Trainer
I enjoy eating out which I tend to do a bit to much. I do enjoy socialising and enjoy going out for walks on a nice sunny evening. I also really enjoy going on holiday to hot country’s. My partner has recently got me a bike and keeps trying to get me to go out cycling but I would rather go out walking.
I really enjoy working at Crumbs, I like to be busy which helps me not to eat to much as I am trying to eat healthily but this doesn’t always work.
