We provide professionally recognised catering and hospitality education through a range of training programmes endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality.
We prove great things can be achieved with the right support. Our training programmes are tailored to meet the needs, aims and learning style of the individual.
Our trainees have opportunities to gain three professional levels of achievement; Foundation, Certificate, and Diploma.

Inclusion and Wellbeing
Too often people with disabilities are ignored, overlooked, and marginalised in society. We will change this.
Crumbs is a Disability Confident Leader. We promote inclusion and equality both internally amongst our staff and trainees, and externally with other organisations.
We take a person-centred approach, adjusting to make our environment accessible and tailoring our training to the interests, needs and learning style of the individual.
Training Fees and Enrolment
We welcome adults with disabilities, mental health conditions, stabilised addictions, or acquired brain injuries from Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) and surrounding areas.
Some applicants living within BCP may be eligible for funding from BCP Council. Applicants from other areas, or those not eligible for BCP Council funding at this time, can apply on a self-funding basis.
Working with the help of supporters, a limited number of traineeship scholarships may be available.
