Laura Hurst, one of our talented trainees shares her recent cake creation. Laura, who suffers with severe anxiety, is pictured with her incredible Wombles themed cake.
Laura is one of several trainees currently enrolled on a specialist ‘training for independence’ pre-employment programme run by us. Laura has been a trainee since 2015 and was recently selected by our ‘Crumbs Supporters Club’ to partake in a professional icing course, after showing a real talent in baking and icing cakes.
