The Crumbs project is set to partner Face Forward in effort to support marginalised young adults seeking employment!
One of our main goals here at Crumbs, is to provide support and provide professional development for mixed ability young adults.
We’re partnering up with the Face Forward to take this project one step further!
So, what is Face Forward? Face Forward is a charity funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund as part of the Building Better Opportunities P
rogramme. Face Forward creates unique programs, tailored to each young adult and explores their interests and ambitions. The overall aim is to inspire confidence and aid development of the required skills to help the most disengaged young adults move towards training opportunities and work.Leanne Miller from Crumbs explains that the partnership “will further the services which Crumbs can offer to young adults in the area and that the team are really excited for the future.”
The Crumbs project will be focusing its support on young adults aged 18-24, providing vocational training and work experiences in catering, administration and housekeeping, in addition to job seeking support. Crumbs welcomes any enquiries from eligible young people located in Christchurch, Poole and East Dorset who could access their Ensbury Park Centre.
Know anybody that would benefit? Get in touch, or find further information from either the Face Forward or Crumbs Websites.
