The Crumbs Trainees
Crumbs aims to promote social inclusion and welcomes a variety of disadvantaged individuals onto its training programme in Bournemouth. Trainees may suffer with mental health problems, learning disabilities, stabilised addictions, recovering from head injury or other health related problems. Trainees who embrace the vocational training gain skills and experience to progress them into employment and a more independent life. Courses currently includes; food services and catering, housekeeping and administration.
Throughout her training Amanda has gained experience working front of house, on the sandwich delivery round and within the main kitchen.
Our self-funder, Judith always tries her best despite her learning difficulties.

Scott is a self-funding trainee who enjoys all aspects of cooking. He is a methodical cook and has developed great skills in cake decorating.
As a self-funder Richard assists with our Snakpak Service, gaining experience with counting money, customer service, and organising deliveries.
Jessica is a conscientious member of our team. She is currently training in our kitchen, where she is developing a range of skills in baking, catering and food hygiene.
